Taylor Elizabeth Huff

July 9, 1994 — December 11, 2022

Frankfort

Taylor Elizabeth Huff was born on Saturday, July 9th, 1994 in Athens, TN and entered into Jesus' precious arms on Sunday, December 11th, 2022 in Frankfort, KY.  She was surrounded by her loving parents, her devoted fiancé', and her precious Kentucky family.
She was a graduate of the 2012 class of McMinn County High School.  She had been a resident of Lawrenceburg, KY for the past 3 years.
She is survived by her children Zimri Bishop and Raylan Caldwell.  They were her heroes.  Her fiancé and Raylan's father, Taylor Caldwell, and  Zimri's father, LaMarcus Bishop.  She is survived by her parents, Troy and Teresa Huff; her oldest brother, Todd, his wife Hunter and their two children, Brynna and Kensleigh,.  She also leaves behind her brother, Trent with whom she is so grateful for the daily influence he is to her children; Paternal grandmother Sue Huff, (Nana) with whom she shared a birthday; her uncle, Tim Huff and Monica; aunt, Holli Halfacre and son Levi; uncle, Richard Taylor and Tina along with their children James and Caitlin.  Lastly, she leaves behind her fiancé', Taylor Caldwell and her sweet Lexi, her "bonus" daughter.  They along with her KY family had welcomed her into their family  and shown much love, kindness and patience.   She also leaves behind many friends whom she has met throughout her difficult journey and her wishes would be for them to continue to fight.
Taylor Beth or Tay as she preferred to be called fought a long hard battle with addiction.  Although it is what took her from us way too soon, it is not how we will choose to remember her.  We hope that you will remember her for her big heart that was accepting of everyone, her warm personality that wanted everyone to be happy, those big blue-green eyes that were like  windows to her soul and her beautiful smile that would make you melt into a giant puddle even when you were mad at her.
Our family wants to specifically thank those of you that have walked this long journey with Taylor Beth.  For those of you that have prayed for her and over her, encouraged her, and poured God's word into her, we are forever in your debt.  Although we selfishly did not want this to be the final result, we trust our Lord and Savior and know that it is His will.  Now she will have the peace that she's searched for a long time and she will no longer have to fight the demons. We are sad and broken, but we have the reassurance in knowing that she is finally at peace. We would also like to thank those who have reached out to us through prayers, calls, texts, and social media posts.  Your support means so much to us as we navigate this world without her.  There is a void that can never be filled in our hearts, but we will go forward and do our best each day to honor her and continue to help those fighting addiction.
A few verses that Taylor Beth had underlined in her bible that we would like to share.  Joshua 1:9 - "This is my command--be strong and courageous!  Do not be afraid or discouraged, For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."   Psalms 56:3-4 - But when I am afraid, I will put my trust in you.  I praise God for what he has promised.  I trust in God, so why should I be afraid: What can mere mortals do to me?"  Psalms 56:13. "For you have rescued me from death; you have kept my feet from slipping.  So now I can walk in your presence, O God, in your life-giving light."
Donations can be made in her memory to any charity that you would like.  She specifically supported the "Heart Ministries/Blameless Children" P.O. Box 1086, Versailles, KY 40383 and the "House That Mercy Built" P.O. Box 867, Tellico Plains, TN 37385.
