REVA WILLIE HAMPTON SHULTZ, age 94 of Ten Mile, Tenn. former resident of Clearwater passed away Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, at her residence. She was native and longtime resident of McMinn County, a daughter of the late W. G. and Jessie Mae Butler Hampton and preceded in death by her Husband: Clyde Edward Shultz, , Brother: Dewey, Sisters Mary Jane, Edna and Nellie. and Son-in-Law: Roger Adams. She retired from Decatur Health Care and was a former nurse at Sweetwater Hospital, Epperson and Foree Hospital. She was the oldest member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and former member of Clearwater Baptist Church. She enjoyed swimming, boating and fishing.

Survivors: Daughter: Karen Gail Shultz Adams of Ten Mile, Tenn., Grandson: Chris (Gegetta Ferris) Shelton of Madisonville, Tenn. Great Granddaughter: Hanantha, Sister-in-law: Mary Ratledge, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 7:00 P.M. Thursday in the Chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Couch and Wayne Evans officiating. Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday in Clearwater Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Chris Ponder, Keith Walker, Mark Vance, Ronnie Colyer, Chuck Ellison and Rick Crabtree. The family will receive friends from 5-7 Thursday in the funeral home. The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice for all their love and care.
