Phillip Michael Hall

PHILLIP M. HALL,  age 72 of Niota, Tenn. passed away Friday, May 10, 2019, in Sweetwater Hospital in Sweetwater, Tenn. He was a native of Bryson City, North Carolina, resident of McMinn County for 42 years, a son of the late Fred J. and Bernice Allene DeHart Hall and preceded in death by a sister, Carol Jean Simmonds. He formerly helped establish various  Hardee's Stores in North Carolina and Tennessee and retired from TVA Watts Bar after 25 years service. He was baptist. He was a  veteran of the U. S. Air Force serving as an  Air Traffic Contoller.

Survivors include

• Wife of 41 years: Mildred "Millie" Frisbie Hall of Niota, Tenn.
• Daughter: Taffey Hall of Nashville, Tenn.
• Son: Andy Hall of Niota, Tenn.,
• Daughter from a previous marriage: Vida and husband: Scott Cody of Bryson City, North Carolina.,
• Two Grandchildren: Belle Cody and Thomas Cody of Bryson City, North Carolina

Funeral services will be 7:00 P.M. Monday, May 13, 2019 in the Chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home with Rev. Jodie Moser officiating.

Interment will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 14, 2019 in Frisbie Cemetery with Rev. Doug Alexander officiating. 

Pallbearers will be family members. 

The family will receive friends from 5-7 Monday in the funeral home.
