Morris Haywood McCormick

MORRIS HAYWOOD McCORMICK, JR. age 74 of Athens, Tenn. passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at Starr Regional Medical Center of Athens, Tenn. He was a native of  Trigg County Kentucky, resident of McMinn County, Tenn. since 1980, a son of the Morris Haywood McCormick, Sr. and Loretta Keane McCormick and preceded in death by his wife: Sharon Fay Rascoe McCormick, Two Brothers: James and Robert McCormick, and  Sister: Alice Wynn.  He was retired from Adient Corp, He was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict having served in the U, S. Marine Corp, and was a member of VFW #5146.
Survivors: Son and daughter-in-law: Jamey and Stephaine McCormick of Athens, Tenn., Grandson: Hayden McCormick of Athens, Tenn., Sister: Gladys Walker of Jackson, Tenn., several nieces and nephews.
