Mary Dianne Jack

MARY DIANNE JACK,  age 74 of Athens formerly of Birmingham, Ala. passed away Sunday March 13, 2022 at her residence. She was a native of Birmingham, Ala., resident of Athens, Tenn., for 12 years, a daughter of the late Henry Terry and Mary Evelyn Williams, and preceded in death by Son: Terry Williams Branham and Brother: Eddie Williams. She was retired from Dr. Kingsley Vascular Surgeon as Medical Office Director.
Survivors: Daughter and Son-in-law: Jennifer Jack Carlisle and Jason Carlisle Pensacola, Fla. Son: Anthony J. (A. J.) Jack of Athens, Tenn.Brother: Jimmy Williams  Birmingham, Ala. Grandson: Hudson Carlisle of Pensacola, Fla. several nieces and nephews. 
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday in the Chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home with Rev. Travis Roberts  officiating. Interment will be in Pensacola Memorial Gardens in Pensacola, Fla. The family will recieve friends from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. Saturday in the funeral home.
