May 18, 1950 — March 17, 2026
MARY JANE BROWN, age 75 of Etowah TN., passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at her residence. A native of Council Bluffs, Iowa, she is the daughter of the late Harvey and Alice Fell Turner.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Mike Brown; 2 sisters, Genavieve King and Michele Sampson; 1 Brother, Pat Turner.
Mary was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother.
She enjoyed cooking, reading and spending time with her family.
Survivors:
Son and spouse, Jeff (Tawni) Brown of Minnesota; Daughter and spouse, Erin (Eric) Selander of Athens TN; 4 Grandsons, Brandon, Per, Robert, and Nathaniel. 3 Brothers Mike Turner, Tim Turner of Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Harvey Turner of Omaha, Nebraska; 2 Sisters, Kathy Kubicki of Omaha, Nebraska and Gerry Taylor of Hurricane, West Virginia.
Several Nieces and Nephews.
There will be no formal services at this time.
