Marjorie Rae Davis

MARJORIE RAE PARTAIN DAVIS,  age 65 of Decatur, Tn. passed away Sunday, December 22, 2019, in Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, Tenn. She was a native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, Tenn. a daughter of the late Hillard and Nancy  Elizabeth "Lizzy" Clark Partain and preceded in death by Brother: Dallas Partain and Sister: Marie Owenby. She was a  Seamstress and housewife. She was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include:

• Husband of 47 years: Rev. Joseph (Joe) Davis of Decatur, Tenn.
• Three Daughters and sons-in-law: Rolande and Anthony Moore of Decatur, Tenn. Jocelyn and Jason Green of Etowah, Tenn., Heather Davis of Decatur, Tn.
• Five Grandchildren,
• Two Great Grandchildren,
• Nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon Friday, December 27, 2019 in Marshall Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Niota Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Grandsons.

The body will lie-in-state from 11:00 - 12:00 at the church.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 Thursday in the funeral home.
