Linda Smith Allen

LINDA SMITH ALLEN, age 84 of Athens, Tenn passed away Monday, July 13, 2026, at her residence. She was a native of Milledgeville, Ga, resident of McMinn County most of her life, a daughter of the late John Lindsey and Mildred Henry Smiith preceded in death by Husband: Morris (Moose) Allen and Sister: Janice Smith Henderson. She retired from Athens Products after 30 years of service. She was a member of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors: Daughter and son-n-law: Elisha and Keith Elliott of Athens, Tenn., Two Sons and Daughter-in-law: Mark and Leah Allen of Thomasville, North Carolina, Scott Allen of Athens, Tenn., Sisters: Floried (Gary) Wade of Athens, Tenn., Henrietta Black of Athens, Tenn., Beth (Brian) Bullington of Calhoun, Tenn., Brother: Johnny Smith and Mike Smith both of Athens, Tenn,

Two Granddaughters: Katie Elliott and Kalli Elliott (Nathan) Duncan, special nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 16, 2026 in Eastanllee Cemetery Rev. Greg Hutsell officiating. Active pallbearers will be Scott Allen, Mark Allen, Keith Elliott, Dennie White, Jason Barnes, Brian Bullington and Gary (Duby) Wade.  There will be no formal visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to Eastanallee Cemetery Fund.
