Kenneth Earl Cagle

KENNETH EARL CAGLE, age 81 of Athens, Tenn. passed away Monday, June 24, 2024, at his residence. He was native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, a son of the late Earl and Mary Crabtree Cagle, and preceded in death by his wife: Catherine "Cathy" Fischer Cagle. He was a retired teacher at the McMinn County Career Technical Center and was a member of Eastanallee Baptist Church. Survivors: sons; Kenny Cagle and Chris Cagle both of Athens, Tenn., Sister: Norma Vincent of Athens, Tenn., Grandchildren: Brittany Cagle, Blaine (Sierra) Cagle, Harriell Cagle, Alicia (Dion) Miller, Lindsey (Ryan) Nix

Great Grandchildren: Lana Cox, Landon, lan, Jaden Cagle, Callie Clark, Jac and Elexus Williams. 

Special Friends: Barbara Kennedy and Wanda Peel.

Funeral services will be 7:00 P.M. Thursday in the Chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home with Rev. Van Elkins and Dan Early officiating. Interment will be will be 11:00 A.M. Friday in McMinn Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be. The family will receive friends from 5-7 Thursday in the funeral home.
