Joyce Ann Shelton

JOYCE ANN SHELTON, age 51 of Athens, Tenn. passed away Monday, November 26, 2018, at University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tenn. She was a native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, Tenn., a daughter of the late John Henry and Charlotte Goins Shelton. She was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include:

• Two Sisters and Brother-in-law: Debbie and Leon Crain of Athens, Tenn., Linda McKenzie of Athens, Tenn., 
• Brother and sister-in-law: John David and Tommie Shelton of Birchwood, Tenn.,
• Several nieces, nephews, uncles, and aunts.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 30, 2018 in the Chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Lewis officiating.

Interment will follow in Short Creek Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 Thursday in the funeral home.
