Jane Jones Everhart

JANE JONES EVERHART, age 87 of Niota, Tenn. passed away Friday Nov. 11, 2022 in The Woods of Sweetwater, Tenn. She was a native of Monroe County, Tenn., resident of McMinn County, Tenn. most of her life, a daughter of the late Clyde and Grace Hamilton Hawkins and preceded in death by her husband: Ralph Thomas Everhart, Brothers: Jerry Hawkins, Mickey Hawkins, Sisters: Barbara Tilley, and Shirley Harrison. She was retired from Athens Products and a member of Hilltop Baptist Church.  
Survivors: Daughter: Vickey Garner of Niota, Tenn., Son and daughter-in-law: Forrest and Sonja Jones of Niota, Tenn, Two Grandchildren: Jerry (Rhonda) Wattenbarger and Jamie (Chad) Boyd Four Great Grandchildren, Two Great Great Grandchildren,  several nieces and nephews
Funeral services will be 7:00 P.M. Tuesday in the Chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home Rev. Jimmy Elliott officiating. Interment will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in McMinn Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Forrest Jones, Jerry Wattenbarger, Keith Bridges, and  Brian Kadau,  Dylan Eaton and Brian Greenlaw.The family will recieve friends from 5-7 Tuesday in the funeral home.
