Elizabeth Suzanne Aylor

ELIZABETH SUZANNE AYLOR, age 77 of Athens TN. passed away September 2, 2024 at her residence. A long time resident of McMinn county, she is the daughter of the late Jay Lee DeLapp and Martha Francis Marsh. 

She was a graduate of Hiwassee College, Tennesseee Wesleyan College with Honors and achieved her Masters in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She was a teacher at McMinn county High School for 32 years. She was an avid jogger, loved reading books and enjoyed the mountains.

Survivors:

Husband of 43 years; Robert Aylor of Athens, Sister and Brother in law; Cammie (Eddie) Murphree of Powell.
