Donna Marie Wilson

Donna Marie Dockins Wilson, age 51 of Decatur passed away  Monday, September 24, 2018 at Memorial Health Care Systems in Chattanooga. A native and lifelong resident of Athens, she was the daughter of the late Franklin and Joann Gaddis Dockins. She enjoyed Meigs County sports, the U.T. Vols and the beach. She loved spending time with her family as well as her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her brother Johnny Dockins. 

Survivors

• Husband- Danny Wilson of Decatur
• Two sons- Derrick Dowell of Athens and Zackary Estes of Athens
• One sister and brother-in-law Rebecca (Becky) and Robert Keck of Columbia SC
• Sister-in-law and brother in law, Tina and Steve Lee of Englewood
• Special Aunt and uncle- Barbara and Jimmy Pate of Seminole Florida
• Several other family members.and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 8 pm Wednesday, September 26, 2018 in the chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home  with the Rev. John Crisp officiating.

The graveside will be 11 am Thursday September 27 at Cedar Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-8pm before the service.
