Danny Lee Fagg

Danny Lee Fagg age 76 of Riceville passed away Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Starr Regional Health and Rehab in Etowah.

A native and life-long resident of McMinn County he was a son of the late Jack H. and Mary Ranzey Fagg and was preceded in death by his wife Sara Kinsall Fagg on November 15, 2015; 1 son Daniel Noel Fagg; 1 brother Jackie Fagg 1 sister Flossie Fagg and stillborn great-granddaughter, Hannah Fagg.

He was a former employee of Plastics Industries having retired after 47 years of service.

Survivors:

1 son and daughter-in-law, Joshua L. and Ashley Nicole Buckner Fagg of Riceville;

1 daughter, Heather White;

Grandchildren, Kinslee Buckner, Aiden Buckner and Hunter Buckner.

Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Wednesday, December 10, 2025 in the chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Stephens officiating. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, December 11, 2025 at McMinn Memory Gardens. Active pallbearer will be Brandon Buckner, Randy Fagg, Will Patterson, Joshua Fagg, Aiden Buckner and Randy Maiuri. The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM Wednesday, December 10, 2025 prior to the service at the funeral home.
