Sheila Jean Ingram Moss Price, 49, of Athens, a special daughter, mother, wife and friend who loved God with all her heart, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2008, at Baptist Hospital West in Knoxville.

A native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, she was a member of Marshall Hill Baptist Church, and was a former employee of Textron Corporation. She was preceded in death by one sister, Samantha Ingram, on Oct. 12, 1970; and her grandparents, Ira "Biggen" and Margie Elkins Jackson and Ben and Addie Ingram.

Survivors include her husband, Clarence "Buster" Price of Athens; one son, Jacque Moss of Murfreesboro; her parents, Clyde and Sylvia Jackson Ingram of Athens; one sister and brother-in-law, Tabatha and Scott Lail of Hickory, N.C.; one brother and sister-in-law, Randy and Kathy Ingram of Athens; one sister-in-law and husband, Donzella and Ronnie Couch; nieces and nephews, Cheyenne Lail, Dakota Lail, Megan Layman, Drew Layman, Bryan Ingram, Amelia Ingram, April Couch and Angie Couch; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Don and Dellie Price; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Friday at Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home with the Rev. Homer Belcher and the Rev. Howard White officiating. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Valley Road Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be uncles and honorary pallbearers will be nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
