Alice Lattimore, 94, of Athens, died Sunday, April 20, 2008, at Life Care Center of Athens.

A native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, she was a daughter of the late George and Lily Manis McKheean, and was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Fredrick Lattimore, on Aug. 14, 1966; two sisters, Della Farner and Mary Fagg; seven brothers, Forrest A. \"Pete\" McKheean, George McKheean, Clifford McKheean, Riley McKheean, Henry McKheean, Joe McKheean and Eardie McKheean. She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church and attended Woodward Avenue Church of God. She was a former employee of Athens Mattress Company and retired from the Athens Community Hospital Dietary Department.

Survivors include one sister, Rita Leonard of Athens; two brothers, Harold McKheean and Johnny McKheean, both of Athens; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at McMinn Memory Gardens with the Rev. Jerry Stephens officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home.
