Linda Kay Wade, age 59, of Athens, Tenn. died Saturday, January 19, 2008 at NHC Healthcare of Athens, Tenn.

She was a native of Loudon County, Tennessee and had been a resident of McMinn County, Tenn. since 1969. She was a former LPN for Athens Regional Medical Center and was a member of Clearwater Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her Father: William Thomas Godsey.  Survivors: Husband:Nicky Wade of Athens, Tenn.  Son and Daughter-in-law: Robert Mark and Krystie Wade of Athens, Tenn.  Two Grandsons: Jeremiah and Joshua Wade.  Mother: Ora Mae Russell Godsey of Loudon, Tenn.  Brother: Tommy Godsey of  Loudon, Tenn. Sister: Sue Gentry of Loudon, Tenn.  Several nieces and nephews. 

Graveside services will be held 2:00 P. M. Wednesday in McMinn Memory Gardens with Rev. Wayne Bryant officiating.

The family will recieve friends in Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home from 6-8 Tuesday.
