CHARLES EVERETTE WALLACE, age 58 of Niota, Tenn. died Friday, April 4, 2008, in Athens, Tennessee.

He was a native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, Tennessee and was a former employee of Newman Mobile Homes. He was a member of Pond Hill BaptistChurch and preceded in death by his Father: David Woodrow Wallace.

Survivors: Wife: Karen Claudine Wallace of Niota, Tenn. Daughter: Melissa Wallace of Etowah, Tenn.  Mother: Lillian Richesin Wallace of Athens, Tenn.  Granddaughter: Destinee Crowder.  Sister and Brother-in-law: Glynda and Dee Liles of Athens, Tenn.  Four Brothers and sisters-in-law: David and Maxine Wallace of Niota, Tenn.  Richard and Shirley Wallace of Niota, Tenn.  Billy and Etta Ruth Wallace of Niota, Tenn.  Jerry and Charlotte Wallace of Niota, Tenn.  Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services 8:00 P. M. Sunday in the Chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home with Rev. Howard White officiating.

Interment will be 11:00 A. M. Monday in Pond Hill Cemetery. Active pallbearers  will be Joey Crowder, Doug Wallace, Donnie Wallace, JimmyTorbett, Caid Wallace and Randy Wallace.

The family will recieve friends in Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home, Athens, Tenn. from 5-8 Sunday.
