Mary Barnett Lusk Moore, 86, of Englewood, died Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at Life Care Center of Athens.
A native and resident of McMinn County for most of her life, she was a daughter of the late William Harvey and Anna Raper Barnett, and was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Roberts Lusk, on July 21, 1981; two brothers, William Blaine Barnett and Ralph Barnett; and a special friend, Donald E. Moore. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Englewood, and was a former resident of Detroit, Mich., for 23 years, where she was a sales associate in a department store.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Donald M. and Wanda Lusk of Clyde, Mich.; one sister, Billie Jean Roach of Marietta, Ga.; one sister-in-law, Charlie Faye Barnett of Englewood; four grandchildren and their spouses, Jennifer Marie Litke, JoAnna and William Bohm, Patricia and Daniel Colgan and Mary Beth Lusk; three great-grandchildren, Sarah Olivia Litke, Cameron Mark Litke and Hannah Michelle Bohm; a special niece and caregiver, Rhonda Cooley; and special neighbors, Charles and Martha Cowan, all of Englewood.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Sunrise Cemetery.
