JUNIOR HARDIN "Father Frank" FRANK, age 86 of Athens, Tenn. died Sunday in Athens Regional Medical Center.
He was a native of Monroe County, Tenn., resident most of his life of McMinn County, Tenn., and a son of the late Hardin Frank, Sr. and Fannie Thompson Frank.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Flora Mae Raby and Mary Lou Gaylon.
He was a retired employee of Graves Buttram Lumber Co. and he loved being a farmer. He was a member of Mt. Harmony Baptist Church of Niota and a veteran of World War II, having served in the U. S. Navy.
Survivors: Wife of 65 years: Lillie Lovingood Frank of Athens, Tenn., Daughter and son-in-law: Paulette and Larry McCollister of Athens, Tenn. Three Sons and Daughters-in-law: Roy and Kathy Frank of Monterey, Tenn. , Don and Diane Frank of Niota, Tenn. and Mike and Jackie Jo Frank of Loudon, Tenn., Sister: Sarah Fox of Loudon, Tenn. Five Grandchildren, Seven Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 7:30 P. M. Wednesday in the Chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home with Rev. Don Bradford officiating.
Interment will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday in McMinn Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be. Brian McCollister, Michael Frank,Brandon McDonald, Ray Ratledge, Robert Lovingood, Gary Mason and Nick Barnes.
The family will recieve friends from 5:30 P. M. to 7:30 P. M. Wednesday in the funeral home.
