Ann Tempio Ciminella, 98, of Athens, died Saturday, April 3, 2010, at her residence.
A native of Erie, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Martin and Rose Liacono Tempio, and was preceded in death by her husband, Salvy Anthony Ciminella, on July 11, 1973; one son, Richard Joseph Ciminella; two sisters, Mary Stimson and Sadie Wilson; two Brothers, Martin Tempio and Joseph Tempio. She was a member of St. Mary\'s Catholic Church.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Dolores and Larry Langford of Athens; seven grandchildren and their spouses, Lucille and Perry Devine, Duane and Lisa Langford, Cheryl and Eddie Curtis, David and Robin Langford, Joan and Greg Burton, Robert and Shari Ciminella and Megyn Langford; 12 great-grandchildren and their spouses, Nathan Langford, Morgan Langford, Michele Curtis and John Hooper, Brian and April Curtis, Ethan Curtis, Tamara and James Howell, Jessica Moses, Craig Burton, Dirk Burton, Anthony Burton, Matthew Ciminella and Michael Ciminella; seven great-great-grandchildren, Cheyenne Hooper, Devon Curtis, Tristin Curtis, Paige Curtis, Brianna Curtis, Leah Jane Howell and Coral Jane Howell; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Atkins and Pastor Richard Parker officiating. Entombment will be held Thursday in Manasota Memorial Park in Oneco, Fla.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
